Built by people who have worked live television
redstepza was founded by broadcast engineers and camera operators who spent years working inside newsroom control rooms and outside broadcast trucks. We started the company because too many productions were let down by patchy signal management and crews who did not understand broadcast timelines. Today our team plans, resources and delivers feeds for news programmes, sports coverage and televised events across the United Kingdom.
We keep our operation deliberately hands-on. Every booking is assigned a named operations lead who stays with the job from the first technical survey through to the final sign-off, so you are never passed between departments during a live transmission window.
